Description

NASA Headquarters intends to issue a sole source bridge contract to Digital Management, Inc. (DMI) in accordance with 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements,” in support of NASA Headquarters (HQ). The Headquarters Information Technology Support Service (HITSS) contract provides Information Technology (IT) and Support Services to NASA Headquarters and other center programs. The HITSS contract has the capability to provide IT support such as planning and management of information systems, life-cycle support for applications and information systems, system engineering and integrations services.
