Description

**Due to a change in our contract writing system, this requirement has a new solicitation number of FA441819RA006. This solicitation incorporates all changes made by addendum 1. Additionally, an amendment will be posted with this new soliciation to extend the proposal due date and incorporate addendum 2. All offerors shall disregard FA4418-19-R0004 and submit their proposals using FA441819RA006 & acknowledge amendment FA441819RA0060001. **Due to technical difficulties with our new contracting writing system, the proposal due date will be pushed out again with a due date/time of 14 Nov 18 at 2:00pm EST. Amendment 1 changes are now attached with revised specifications and drawings. Q&A #2 has also been attached. The official solicitation amendment will be posted at a later time.** **Due to responses received from the Q&A, the proposal due to has been extended while necessary changes are made to the specifications and drawings. The new proposal due date/time is 13 Nov 2018 at 2:00pm EST** **This requirement was previously listed under presolicitation # FA4418-18-R-0018. Due to the new fiscal year, a new presolicitation was required to post the actual solicitation which will be posted today, 9 Oct 2018 with a response deadline of 9 Nov 2018 2:00pm EST.** NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (13-NOV-2018). IT ACTUALLY APPEARED OR REAPPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 31-JAN-2019, BUT REAPPEARED IN THE FTP FEED FOR THIS POSTING DATE.
