Description

The purpose of this amendment is to post questions and answers (Q&As) {see attached Memorandum to all offerors}; b) replace the previous RFQ in its entirety with the attached version. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) has been modified and therefore the contractor is required to utilize the attached amended RFQ 36C256-19-Q-0289 0003. The contractor shall return a signed copy of this amendment with their Technical Quote to be considered for award.
