- The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Acquisition Operations, Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown, NJ, intends to enter into a firm fixed price (FFP) contract for the continuation of onsite telephone hardware and software maintenance support services for existing Unify, Inc. HiPath 3750 equipment and Xpressions voicemail product lines in support of the Private Branch Exchange (PBX) system in place at the following four Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) locations: Tucson, AZ; Charleston, SC; Lancaster, TX; and Leavenworth, KS. The TAC intends to award a sole source, six-month FFP contract with one four-month option period to Unify, Inc., 2650 North Military Trl. Ste. 250, Boca Raton, FL 33431, pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1). The proposed solicitation number for this effort is 36C10B19Q0149. The place of performance for this acquisition is at the following four CMOP locations: Tucson, AZ; Charleston, SC; Lancaster, TX; and Leavenworth, KS. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) Code/Size is 517311, with a corresponding small business size standard of 1,500 employees. The estimated date of award for this action is February 13, 2019. This notification shall close on February 6, 2019. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit a capabilities statement or proposal which shall be considered by VA. Any information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government.
