Description

Solicitation N00421-19- T-0029 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order as a Sole Source with VIASAT, INC. Products must be VIASAT, INC, P/N: VA-022801-9911 under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13. The items from VIASAT, INC have been previously researched selected, and qualified for the use by the program, and are compatible in all aspects with previously installed systems. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM.
