Description

The U.S. Government does not own the data rights for these systems. The data rights are currently owned by Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (LMMFC). It is anticipated that no other contractor will be able to perform these services IAW FAR 6.302-1 & 6.302-4. In an effort to promote competition the USG is seeking, through this RFI, alternate sources that can perform these sustainment tasks. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (29-JAN-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
