Note- Due to the Government shutdown, the anticipated posting date of the solicitation will be moved back to on or about 30 January 2019. A pre-proposal conference with a site visit walkthrough is anticipated for 14 February 2019. Details will be confirmed in the solicitation. The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the modernization of the Agricultural Research Service Technology Center (ARTC) at Salinas, CA. This ARTC Modernization Project will be implemented by the Design-Bid-Build project delivery method and will involve the construction of entirely new research buildings. The USDA has developed a complete set of Construction Documents (plans and specifications) showing and describing the project's requirements. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (28-JAN-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
