Page 1 of 2 Network Contracting Office 15 is conducting market research to ascertain the capabilities of staffing companies to provide Psychiatry Physician Services in the VISN 15 geographic region. Potential sources are responsible for the complete performance of the technical aspects of this requirement. The acquisition awarded is anticipated to be firm, fixed-price. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION AND NO CONTRACTS SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice or any follow up information requested. 1. This request is for capability statements to assist with appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of Small Business Capability, specifically towards Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) interested and capable of providing Psychiatry Physician Services relative to North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 621112, Office of Physicians, Medical Health Specialist. The Small Business Size Standard for this acquisition is $11M. 2. On-site psychiatric physician services will meet the treatment needs and concerns of inpatients, as well as outpatients, and provide diagnostic care and appropriate treatment to the veteran patients within VISN 15. 3. Please provide a capability statement addressing your company s ability to provide Psychiatry Physician Services. This is not a request for offer and in no way, obligates the Government. The list below is requested information that will assist in our market research. Your company s name, addresses, point of contact, phone number, and email address. How many contracts/task orders/Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) has your company been awarded in the last 24 months for Psychiatry Physician Services? How many Psychiatry Physicians have you successfully placed in the past 24 months? Is your company Vets First Program (VIP) verified and if so, can you provide proof? (see para 4 below) 4. SDVOSB and VOSB respondents are encouraged to provide proof of verification in VIP. Consistent with Public Law 109-461 (38 U.S.C. 8127 and 8128), the VA shall award contracts based upon competition restricted to SDVOSBs or VOSBs when a contracting officer has a reasonable expectation, based on market research, that two or more firms listed as verified in Vendor Information Pages database are likely to submit offers and an award can be made at a fair and reasonable price that offers best value to the United States.
