- This Solicitation is set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). This Solicitation is for Grounds Maintenance Services at the Charles N. DeGlopper USARC, 2393 Colvin Blvd, Tonawanda NY 14150 (NY065). Period of performance shall be one 12-month Base period and four 12-month Option periods anticipated to begin 3/26/2019. A site visit is highly encouraged. Please see site visit information in attached solicitation in Instructions to Offerors (#6). Attached is Solicitation, PWS, and Site Map Drawing.
