This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ), The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101 The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339113. with a small business size standard of 750 employees The Northern Arizona Health Care System is seeking to purchase Hospital Grade CPAP Machines All interested companies shall provide quotes that match all the salient characteristics for the following Brand Name or equal to item: The government will evaluate information based on the following evaluation criteria: price and meeting the listed salient characteristics. They are known as CPAPs or Noninvasive positive pressure ventilators.. They will be used as prescribed in our in-patient wards. They cover a range of invasive and noninvasive applications and all levels of doctor s scripts. Current units are past life expectancy and no longer supported. Must be able to be properly cleaned by NAVAHCS Sterilization department. Hospital grade Hospital-grade alarms available in all modes Humidifier Circuit-disconnect optional alarms Disposable Chambers, H5i water tubs (six) Continuous Airway Pressure Mode (CPAP) - Fixed pressure delivered with optional expiratory pressure relief (EPR) Automatic positive airway pressure(AutoSet/APAP) - Automatically adjusts pressure in response to flow limitation, snore and obstructive apneas VAuto Automatically adjusts pressure in response to flow limitation, snore and obstructive apneas; Pressure Support (PS) is fixed throughout the night and can be set by the clinician Adaptive servo-ventilation (ASV) - Targets the patient s minute ventilation, continually learning the patient s breathing pattern and instantly responding to any changes ASVAuto - Provides an ASV algorithm plus expiratory positive airway pressure (EPAP) that automatically responds on the patient s next breath to flow limitation, snore and obstructive sleep apneas Spontaneous (S) - Senses when the patient is inhaling and exhaling, and supplies appropriate pressures accordingly.
