Description

The Fort Belknap Indian Health Service (IHS) intends to award a non-competitive purchase order to Hologic Incorporated, 250 Campus Dr, Marlborough, Massachusetts, 01752, for the service agreement on the mammogram unit needed for the Fort Belknap Indian Health Service, Harlem, Montana. Hologic Incorporated, is the only vendor authorized to perform the all factory service and proprietary software support to the mammogram unit.There are no other Hologic factory authorized service agencies for this equipment. The procurement will be conducted pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures; 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements; and FAR 37.101, Non Personal Service Contract. The IHS anticipates the award of a fixed-price purchase order for the period February 11, 2019, through February 10, 2020. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
