This has changed from being a total small business set-aside to a competitive 8(a) set-aside. 2. Add bid options to the synopsis 3. This project requires sole source/brand name specific products. A justification will be posted upon issuance of the solicitation. The sole source/brand name specific products are as follows: a. Direct Digital Control System (DDC) - Siemens "Apogee" Building Automation b. Rim and Mortise Cylinders/Interchangeable cores - Stanley Best Access End of changes. 1. Key dates. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation has changed from 17 December 2018 to 16 Jan 2019. 2. Key dates. The tentative date for the pre-proposal conference has changed to 24 Jan 2019. 1. Key dates. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation has changed to 19 February 2019. 2. Key dates. The tentative date for the pre-proposal conference has changed to 26 February 2019.
