Description

This is a notification that the 109th Air Wing (AW) Base Contracting Office, Stratton Air National Guard Base, Scotia, NY 12302, intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed price contract under statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements" to COUNTY OF SCHENECTADY for providing Air Traffic Control Services for the shared runway at Schenectady County Airport. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (17-JAN-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
