The location of this worksite is 135 E. 38 St, Erie, PA. 16504. This solicitation is for one Base Year and four Option Years. This RFQ is set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. See VAAR clause VAAR 852.219-11 VA Notice of Total Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. Please e-mail the quote to Mr. John Evans at john.evans15@va.gov no later than 4:30 PM Eastern on 25 January 2019. A site visit for all interested parties has been set for 22 January, 2019. Please meet Mr. Scott Hesson in the lobby of Bldg. 1 of the worksite address listed above at 8:00 AM. It is strongly suggested that all Prime Contractors attend or, send a representative of their company instead of sending a partnering sub-contractor. The VA requests that you refrain from asking questions about this solicitation during the site visit. All questions should be forwarded to Mr. Evans at john.evans15@va.gov no later than 4:30 PM Eastern, 23 January, 2019. Questions received after that date/time may not be answered. Please prepare your quote consistent with FAR provision 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items in paragraph E.1 of the RFQ. Note the following: Offers shall be submitted by filling in/completing the Price/Cost Schedule in Section B; Provide a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the Scope Of Work (SOW) in this solicitation. This may include product literature, or other documents, if necessary.
