Description
National Guard Bureau, United States Property and Fiscal Office of Georgia (USPFO for GA), intends to solicit and award a sole source contract to World Wide Technology, Inc. (WWT). 60 Weldon Parkway, Maryland Heights, MO 63043-3237 for continued CP Migrator 1709 Support Implementation. This is a proprietary application that is currently being operated at the Georgia Army National Guard. This sole source requirement meets the condition on FAR 6.302-1 and FAR 13.106-1 (b)(1 )(i).302-1 only one responsible source has been identified as reasonably available to provide the service that will satisfy the Department of Army on going requirements. WWT is the only company that can meet the DoD requirement. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This synopsis is for notification purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids, quotes, or proposals. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541512 and the Small Business size standard is $27.5M based on the U.S. Small Business Administration. This will be a firm fixed price contract. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation, however all responsible sources that believe they can meet all of the requirements may contact the USPFO for Georgia via e-mail at nacoe.t.dudley.mil@mail.mil and be considered by the government. Any responses/proposals to this notice must be received no later than 10:00 A.M., 28 January 2019, Eastern Standard Time. Any firm responding to this notice should identify themselves as either small business, or other than small business, in accordance with the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541512. If no responses are received, a Sole Source contract will be pursued with World Wide Technology.
