Solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or about January 16, 2019. Proposal due date has been changed to Friday February 15th, 2019 by 2:00 PM CST. The date and time of the site visit will be identified in the Solicitation. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-JAN-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
