- VETERANS AFFAIRS MEDICAL CENTER, WILKES-BARRE, PA SOURCES SOUGHT This is a source sought notice 36C24419Q0230; this is neither a solicitation nor a promise of future work. Wilkes-Barre VAMC, (693) is seeking SDVOSB/VOSB and any SBC regardless of Socio-economic category that can provide Laminar flow IV Workbench, interior and exterior stainless steel. The items should be delivered to the Wilkes-Barre VAMC. The veteran business must be registered in SAM and certified in VETBIZ (VIP). The small businesses must be registered in SAM. All Vendors interested in, and with the capability and capacity to fulfill this requirement, are required to furnish the following minimum information in reply to this source sought: Company Name, address, Government Business Point of Contact, telephone number and email address. Company DUNS number, CAGE Code, and Tax ID numbers. Identify any current Federal Supply Schedule, GSA Contracts held, if none then state that no FSS/GSA schedules are held. Salient Characteristics for Laminar Flow IV Workbench: Must be fully compliant with USP 797 and validated to CETA CAG-003-2006 performance standards Must have continuous horizontal laminar airflow Must have a useable work area dimensions of approximately a 34 w by 22 d by 34 h (+/- 2 ) Overall footprint dimensions of the device cannot exceed 37 w x 34 d x 49 1/2 h (+/- 2 ) due to IV room space considerations Must have an audible flow alarm with differential pressure gauges OUTER CABINET AND WORK SURFACE MUST BE CONSTRUCTED OF WELDED STAINLESS STEEL WITH A #4 PHARMACEUTICAL GRADE FINISH WITH ACRYLIC PANELS HEPA filter must be full width and height ensuring unidirectional airflow and is easily changed from both sides Must have a high capacity motor/blower system with speed control to extend HEPA filter life Must contain a spill guard in rear and sides of work area to protect the HEPA filter Must use a cleanroom compliant pre-filter to increase the life of the HEPA filter and reduce particulates inside the room Must have laminar flow sealed port in the side panel for passage of data cables up to 0.5 in diameter Must have top mounted fluorescent lighting isolated from the clean environment Must have forearm support for operator comfort Must have separate lighted power ON/OFF indicator switches for blower and lighting Must have an IV bar with hooks for product preparation Must use a stainless steel stand 3 Must use 115 Volt, 60 Hz electrical NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-JAN-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
