- This is a Synopsis IAW FAR 5.2 Synopsis of Proposed Contract Actions. This procurement is restricted on to those approved companies on Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) W52P1J-18-A-3015 through 3023 and W52P1J-19-A-3000 through 3002. The federal supply code of this procurement is 5510 - Lumber and Related Basic Wood Materials. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 321912 - Cut Stock, Re-sawing Lumber, and Planning. This U.S. industry comprises establishments primarily engaged in one or more of the following: (1) manufacturing dimension lumber from purchased lumber; (2) manufacturing dimension stock (i.e., shapes) or cut stock; (3) re-sawing the output of sawmills; and (4) planning purchased lumber. These establishments generally use woodworking machinery, such as jointers, planers, lathes, and routers to shape wood.
