- This is a commercial combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice under the authority of FAR 13.106. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This is requirement is to provide recovery and remediation for exercises and real world incidents involving Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) liquid and solid propulsion assets to include Minuteman III and Rocket Systems Launch Program rocket motors. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (11-JAN-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
