- Page 1 of 1 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) intends to solicit quotes from contractors to provide disinfection services for non-critical reusable medical equipment for Orlando Veterans Affairs Medical Center at Lake Nona. The Government anticipates a Fixed-Price Requirements contract award with five (5) twelve (12) months ordering periods. A single award will be made to the responsible offeror that provides the best value to the Government at a price that is determined fair and reasonable using comparative evaluation. The solicitation will be issued electronically and will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities website at URL: http://www.fbo.gov on or about January 9, 2019. The solicitation will be set-aside for small businesses concerns and the Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for the North American Classification Code (NAICS) 811219 is $11 Million. Offerors must have a valid Data Universal Numbering Systems (DUNS) and an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to contract award. Therefore, offerors are encouraged to request their DUNS at: http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform/ and register in SAM at https://www.sam.gov/ prior to submitting their quotes.
