This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and the solicitation number is 36C24419Q0213. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97 effective January 24, 2018. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541350, Building Inspection Services, with a small business size standard of $7.5 Million. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Pittsburgh VA Medical Center, University Drive C Pittsburgh, PA is seeking Fire Alarm & Inspection Services. All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following: The anticipated Period of Performance will be begin 1/18/2019 following Contract award and includes the following Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN): See Attachment 002, Price Cost Schedule. Place of Performance Address: Pittsburgh VA Medical Center, University Drive C Pittsburgh, PA 15240 Country: UNITED STATES All work shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work/Performance Work Statement (SOW/PWS). The SOW/PWS is included as Attachment 001 to this solicitation. Offerors are requested to quote Firm Fixed Price for any and all of the line items on the Schedule of Supplies and Services attached to this solicitation. The Schedule of Supplies and Services is included as Attachment 002 to this solicitation. Service Contract Act Wage Determination Number 2015-4233, Revision Number 11, dated 07-11-2018, applies to this acquisition and will be incorporated into the resulting contract. A copy of the Wage Determination is included with this solicitation as Attachment 003. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be issued on a Standard Form 1449. NOTE: To receive an award resulting from this solicitation, offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database IAW FAR 52.212-(k) & VETBIZ.
