Maximum Rentable Sq. Ft.: 12,535 Maximum Usable Sq. Ft. 9,285 Space Type: Medical/Outpatient Clinic Parking Spaces (Total): 50, which 6 to be ADA and 10 reserved for VA patient parking Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 5 Years Termination Rights: 120 days notice after firm term Occupancy Required By: 09/03/2019 (tentative) Space must be handicapped accessible, (ADA compliant), with a minimum of 50 reserved, on-site parking spaces.
