- **THIS IS AN INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE ONLY** The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, proposes to enter into a contract on a basis of other than full and open competition for Nuclear Medicine Technologists for the VA Palo Alto Healthcare System (VAPAHCS). No responses to this notice are requested. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to Ansible Government Solutions on a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) sole-source set-aside basis under the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(5), as authorized by 38 U.S.C. 8127(c), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 6.302-5, Authorized or Required by Statute. FAR 13 procedures will be utilized. Contractor shall provide contract staff that are board certified by the Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification Board (NMTCB) and/or American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Nuclear Medicine. Services include the full range of nuclear medicine imaging care for inpatient and outpatient VA patients to include Call shift coverage for after-hours emergent procedures. Work to be performed at the VA Palo Alto Healthcare System (VAPAHCS), Palo, Alto, CA. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 622110 with a Small Business Size Standard of $38.5M. The anticipated award date is 01/09/2019. No solicitation package will be issued. This Notice of Intent IS NOT a request for competitive quotations/proposals.
