Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to award a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Automated Logic Corporation HVAC Modules. This solicitation is unrestricted and will be competed on an other than full and open basis (See attached Brand Name Justification applicable to CLINS 0002-0007). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes are being requested under Request for Quotation (RFQ) no. N0016719Q0034. The NAICS code is 334512 and the business size standard is 500 employees. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (27-DEC-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
