- The Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO) has been tasked to support oceanographic missions in support of the European Deterrence Initiative (EDI) in the area of environmental acoustic data collections. The EDI Program is a follow on to the European Reassurance Initiative (ERI) as part of an effort to support data collection in areas where more environmental data collection would support the naval warfare community ™s effort in mitigating the increased adversarial threats in the European Command ™s (EUCOM) area of responsibility. Interested parties should request a copy of the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS)for details. 1. Perspective sources will be required to provide: 1.1 A cover page with you legal business name, address, point of contact information, Contractor Unique Entity Identifier and Cage Code Numbers. 1.2 A synopsis of your companys capabilities to provide the service. 1.3 A statement of SB category and size standard or statement of Large Business. 1.4 Rough Order of Magnitude or Statement of average pricing for service. 2.
