- The Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific (RHCO-P), Hawaii intends to issue a solicitation on or about 7 January 2019 for a firm-fixed price contract for BioFire FilmArray Instruments (brand name or equal) for MEDDAC-K. The contractor shall comply with all terms, conditions, special contract requirements and conditions, and specifications contained in the solicitation or incorporated by reference. The NAICS code for this proposed procurement is 339112, Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing. The annual size standard is 1,000 employees. This procurement will be solicited as a full and open competition with no set aside. The solicitation package will be available on the Federal Business Opportunity website ( http://www.fedbizopps.gov ) on or about 7 January 2019. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued and on solicitation mailing list will be complied.
