Testing and analyzing the NWCF inventory control to include assisting and developing a business process analysis tool to improve NAVSUP inventory processes. Support for external audits along with Independent Auditors (IA), and internal audits along with NAVSUP personnel for Navy Working Capital Fund (NWCF) materiel located at various Department of Defense (DoD) and commercial sites. Audits support includes: conduct internal inventory testing and analysis to ensure adequate inventory controls and processes are in place and identify inventory deficiencies in order to improve inventory accountability Require an initial 20 to 30 resources with a possible surge increase to 90 resources.
