Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a contractor to repair a Liebherr R954C Excavator. Contractor will transport the excavator from the Government's Fountain City, Wisconsin service base to their facility, and make all repairs in the SOW. Repairs shall be made only with new OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts. Repairs shall be made by a OEM (Liebherr) certified repair center or by OEM certified technicians. Contractor shall document any further equipment deficiencies found, and submit detailed estimates in writing to the Contracting Officer. Additional repairs shall not be made unless they have been authorized in writing by the Contracting Officer. All repairs shall be completed and equipment returned to the Fountain City, WI service base no later than 29 March 2019. Offeror shall be registered in SAM (System for Award Management) - https://www.sam.gov - to include the FAR and DFARS Representations and Certifications sections with the NAICS code applicable to the solicitation. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (21-DEC-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
