Description: U.S. or foreign flag, Roll-On/Roll-Off (RO/RO) or combination Roll-On/Roll-Off Lift-On/Lift-Off (RO/RO-LO/LO), self-sustaining vessel(s) (multiple award up to 3 vessels) capable of carrying a portion of 408,327 square feet of military cargo (wheeled and tracked vehicles and breakbulk). The minimum capacity (measured in square feet) per vessel offered is 100,000 square feet of cargo from the packing list. Vessel(s) must be capable of maintaining 15 knots while laden. 17. The place/range of delivery is Corpus Christi, TX and redelivery is Ash Shuiba, Kuwait. The layday commences and cancels 13 January 2019 for a single vessel or the first of a multiple ship solution; commences and cancels 16 January 2019 for the second vessel of a multiple ship solution, and commences and cancels 19 January 2019 for the third of a multiple ship solution. 18. Set-aside Status: N/A. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The decision to release this solicitation as "Unrestricted" is based on responses received from a recent market survey for this service. MSC's Small Business Associate has concurred with this assessment.
