Description

We are seeking a software solution developed on the ServiceNow platform to support proposal management processes for scientific user facilities across multiple national laboratories. This product would integrate with existing tools for user identification (authentication in local or 3rd party applications) as well as other existing user-related systems. The scope of this project includes proposal submission, experiment time request (ETR), review process (to include multi-stage internal and external reviews), and experiment time allocation. Scope concludes with metadata outputs (proposal, ETR, review, allocation, etc.) to various local downstream tools for subsequent business processes (e.g., experiment preparation, user onboarding, scheduling, etc.).
