- DVT Sustainment Program Amendment 3: The purpose of amendment 3 is to respond to the DVT RFI questions and answers. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment 2: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the vendor response date from 12 noon December 13, 2018 to 12 noon December 20, 2018. The government anticipates releasing government responses to vendor questions prior to vendor response date. Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to provide the ROM template as mentioned in section 6 item 5 of the DVT RFI document.
