This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and the solicitation number is 36C24418Q0079. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101 effective October 26, 2018. The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Butler Healthcare, 325 New Castle Road, Butler, PA 16001-2480 is seeking to obtain HVAC Condensing Unit Upgrade Service for Community Living Center (CLC) Air Handling Unit (AHU) #2 McQuay RCS040CYY, Serial # FB0U09110014401 and CLC AHU #3 McQuay RCS040CYY, Serial # FB0U09110015701 Service. All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following: The anticipated Period of Performance will be Base plus four option years following Contract award and includes the following Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN): CLIN 0001: Provide labor and material necessary to remove existing and replace new: Failed Condensing Units on the Community Living Center (CLC) Air Handling Unit (AHU) #2 McQuay RCS040CYY, Serial # FB0U09110014401 in accordance with the Statement of Work. 60 Days following Notice to Proceed. CLIN 0002: Provide labor and material necessary to remove existing and replace new: Failed Condensing Units on the Community Living Center (CLC) Air Handling Unit (AHU) #3 McQuay RCS040CYY, Serial # FB0U09110015701 in accordance with the Statement of Work. 60 Days following Notice to Proceed. Service Contract Act Wage Determination Number 2015-4235, Revision Number 8, dated 07-10-2018, applies to this acquisition and will be incorporated into the resulting contract.
