Description

This pre-solicitation synopsis is notice regarding Solicitation W52P1J19R5001, which was previously synopsized under W52P1J18R5011. It is being re-synopsized as the solicitation release date has changed. This solicitation will be to repair by replacement an existing low-slope multiple-ply built-up roof with a new Ethylene Proplyene Diene Monomer (EPDM) membrane roofing system on BLDG 211 at the Rock Island Arsenal with work consisting of furnishing labor, equipment, materials, and a 30 year no dollar limit warranty. This requirement will be a 100% small business set aside, NAICS code 238160, Service Code Z152. ***Please note, this is a notice that a solicitation is anticipated to be forth coming and will be posted on 20 December 2018 that will have all the necessary documents, including a scope of work. The total estimated magnitude of this project is $1,000,000 - $5,000,000. Performance and Payment Bonds are required for this project. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (17-DEC-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
