- THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL. Pursuant to FAR 5.203(a), Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD), on behalf of Office of the Secretary of Defense, Organizational Policy and Decision Support Directorate, intends to award a bridge contract on a sole source basis to Analytic Services (ANSER), 5275 Leesburg Pike, Suite N5000, Falls Church, VA 22041. The current contract HQ0034-12-D-0021-0002 ends on 31 January 2019. The bridge contract period of performance will be five months, 1 February 2019 to 31 July 2019, for administrative management and general management consulting services. The anticipated award will be made under the authority of FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(B). The contract is intended to meet OSD OPDSD requirement for administrative management and general management consulting services. Currently, these services are going through a competitive acquisition with an anticipated award date in fiscal year 2019. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541611 - Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services with a size standard of $15M. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged.
