Description

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) is seeking information on sources interested in leveraging coursework offered by regionally accredited academic institutions to support workforce modernization. These courses will augment NGC programs and will be offered at the fundamental, intermediate, or advanced-level to provide employees with the skills and knowledge to support NGA's strategic initiatives. NGA anticipates the need to award a contract or multiple contracts for these services in fiscal fourth quarter 2019 with an anticipated period of performance of up to five (5) years. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, NGA is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. This RFI is open to regionally accredited colleges and universities who have programs accredited by the United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation (USGIF) under their collegiate Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Program accreditation process. The colleges and universities must deliver synchronous or asynchronous on-line training or instructor-led training in geographic areas located at NGA campuses in Springfield, Virginia or St. Louis, Missouri, or other locations as identified by NGA.
