- The purpose of this Request for Offer is to seek competent and qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, insurance, notifications, license s, permits, fees and supervision necessary to provide Janitorial Services at the FAA Air Traffic Control Tower at General Mitchell International Airport, 5330 South Howell Ave., Milwaukee, WI 53207 in accordance with the specifications, contract clauses, terms, conditions and wage rates. This is a Small Business Set Aside. This solicitation is 100% set aside for Small Business Concerns. A Small Business is defined by the Small Business Administration as a business with average revenues averaged over the last three years of less than $18.0 million dollars. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561720 Janitorial Services. Attendance at the planned site visit is encouraged, but not required. See Section B for details. SUBMIT OFFERS TO: SEE PART IV, SECTION L. OFFERS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN DECEMBER 21, 2018 5:00 (EST).
