This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued in conjunction with FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation number is FDA_SOL_1208259. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
