Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Sole Source acquistion to PD Systems Inc., (CAGE code 4V8V7), Springfield, Va.22150-2530. this solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quote (RFQ), FA8517-19-Q-0002. Description: Extractor Fuse Holder (NSN 5920-01-633-1212EJ), P/N (1170985), Left Fuse Assembly (NSN 5920-01-633-1227EJ) and Right Fuse Assembly (NSN 5920-01-633-1228EJ) (P/N 1170987) are part of the Secondary Distribution Center (SDC) 150KVA (NSN 6110-01-168-8077 which is currently manufactured by PD Systems, Inc. (Cage 4V8V7). The SDC transforms power for distribution throughout secondary power system. Primary power comes from either a commercial power plant, engine driven prime power generator sets or form another SDC. The Extractor Fuse Holder and Left and Right Pole Assemblies must meet the performance requirements as listed in the Secondary Distribution technical manual. PD Systems Inc. is the OEM for the Extractor Fuse Holder and Left and Right Pole Assemblies. In order to fulfill the needs of the warfighter, the government will pursue procurement through PD Systems, Inc. Requirement: CLIN 0001: Extractor Fuse Holder Assembly Qty- 123 Each NSN: 5920-01-633-1212EJ CLIN 0002: Left Pole Fuse Assemblies QtY: 105 Each NSN: 5920-01-633-1227EJ CLIN 0003: Right Pole Fuse Assembly Qty: 135 Each NSN: 5920-01-633-1228EJ The delivery schedule for CLIN 0001,0002,0003 is 90 days ARO.
