- SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic requires contractor support for the delivery, integration, fielding, and logistics support of the Next Generation (NGI) Integrated Voice Communications System (IVCS), a shipboard voice distribution system that is capable of satisfying operational requirements for administrative and tactical voice communications. SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic is seeking capability statements which identify vendor's current capabilities to perform/execute the requirements summarized in the attached Sources Sought Synopsis and detailed in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).
