Description

The U.S. Geological Survey, WARC-CRAB located in LSU, intends to make a non-competitive purchase order to Louisiana State University (LSU) systems. located at 202 Himes Hall College, Baton Rouge, LA 70803 00001, to purchase network connections lines, telephone lines, and long distance service.to be delivered to the USGS National Wetlands Research Ctr. at Lafayette, LA 70506, for one year from the date of award. There are no option periods. LSU is the sole provider. 1. In accordance with FAR 5.207, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency, however, THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Government intends to award this requirement noncompetitively in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) "Only One Source Reasonably Available" Email responses to hnair@usgs.gov. The NAICS code is 517919. The size standard is $32.5 million. The anticipated award date of the contract is 12/24/2019. The anticipated contract will be firm fixed-price. A vendor must be registered at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ to be awarded the contract.
