Description

Notice of Intent for Sole Source The Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Hawaii intends to award a firm fixed-price, non-personal contract for annual maintenance services for Terumo Cardiovascular Heart-Lung Bypass Systems and their components, to include all labor, parts, material and travel, to repair and /or maintain the Government owned equipment, in a fully functional condition in accordance with (IAW) Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) specifications. This requirement is for a period of performance from 15 August 2018 - 14 August 2019 (base and four (4) one-year option periods). The proposed acquisition is intended as a sole source to Terumo Cardiovascular Systems Corporation, as they are the only certified vendor capable of providing the Government with the necessary certificates required to perform proprietary software, preventive maintenance, and repair services. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The NAICS code of this procurement is 811219 and the size standard is $20.5 M. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (28-JUN-2018).
