- Solicitation 36C252-19-Q-0109 Notice of Intent to Sole Source reference: VETERANS FIRST procurement IAW 38 USC 8127(b), Public Law 109-461 section 502 and VAAR 819.7007 The Great Lakes Acquisition Center is procuring the following, for the Tomah VA Medical Center in Tomah, Wisconsin: Temperature Controlled Sterile Storage Cabinet Quantity Item Number Description_________________ 2 SSC4300 Temperature Controlled Sterile Storage Cabinet The Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to award on a sole source basis IAW 38 USC 8127(b), and VAAR 819-7007, a purchase order will be issued to ALDEVRA LLC, 3707 Westnedge Avenue, Kalamazoo, MI 49008. ALDEVRA is a CVE Verified Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small-Business (SDVOSB). The applicable NAICS Code is 339113 and the size standard is 750 Employees. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. However, all quotes received before 10:00 a.m., C.S.T., on 17 December 2018 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement upon receipt of response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. There will be no solicitation available.
