- This is a pre-solicitation notice pursuant to FAR 36.213-2 announcement for the Department of Transportation/Maritime Administration/ United States Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA). The USMMA plans to issue a solicitation# 6923G219B000001 for Renovation to Gibbs' Lecture Hall located at the USMMA, 300 Steamboat Road, Kings Point, NY 11024 (Nassau County). The project will include but not limited to replacing carpeting, electrical work, installing sheetrock and acoustic panels. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (12-DEC-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
