Description

This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted by Network 10 Contracting, PO Box 492, Ann Arbor, MI 48106 to identify other sources that are capable of providing Off-Site Sterile Processing Services for the Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center, Saginaw, Michigan. The contractor shall provide facility space, equipment, maintenance and any training required. Firm fixed price contract. Period of Performance: six months from the date of award. Facility shall be located in Saginaw County, State of Michigan, USA. If this is a service your business can provide, respond to this Sources Sought by December 12, 2018; 5:00 pm (Eastern). Responses should include: (1) Business Name and Address, GSA contract (if applicable).
