Description

This is the synopsis for the annual bulk fuel procurement for the Rocky Mountain/West Coast/Offshore (RMW) 2019 Purchase Programs. The Fuel procured from this buy will cover various bases in the Rocky Mountain/West Coast/Offshore region the United States. The Program's Ordering Period is date of award through September 30, 2020. The Delivery Period is to October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2020, with a 30-day Carry Over. The methods of delivery will be By Tanker, Barge, Truck, and Pipeline. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (04-DEC-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
