- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 and Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, including DFARS Subpart 217-71. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a formal written solicitation will be included as part of this submission. This office will not accept any telephonic, written, or faxed requests for a copy of the solicitation. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps (fbo.gov) website for any amendments. Interested firms must register at FedBizOpps in order to access the solicitation. Offerors are responsible for printing copies of the RFQ and any amendments, as applicable.
