- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested. Solicitation 1264R419Q0004 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), to provide janitorial services for the Salem Ranger District Office in Salem, MO as a base plus 4 option years. This acquisition is set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720 and the size standard is $18 Million. Quotes will be submitted to: John Swizdor, USDA Forest Service, 401 Fairgrounds Road, Rolla, MO 65401. NO FAX QUOTES WILL BE ACCEPTED. E-mail quotes are preferable at john.swizdor@usda.gov.
