This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The Southern Arizona VA health Care system (SAVAHCS) is requesting an LP powered forklift for their warehouse. This solicitation is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101.
