- Description
- The 137th Special Operations Wing, Will Rogers Air National Guard Base, Oklahoma, OK 73179 intends to award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to vendors for LODGING from a commercial vendor. A BPA is an agreement between your company and the Oklahoma National Guard (OKNG) between the dates of 01 Jan 2019 through 31 Dec 2019. The BPA allows the OKNG to come directly to your company based upon a Firm-Fixed Price provided by you in response to the solicitation. The OKNG intends to request quotes based upon responses to the sources sought and previous contractors. The contractor shall provide availability to provide both single and double room occupancy and shall be located within a 15 mile radius of 5901 Air Guard Drive, Oklahoma City, OK 73179. The distance will be calculating the distance from the hotel to the address provided above using Map Quest. Contractors should provide contact information to include address of hotel, Point of Contact name, phone number, and email address, CAGE code, and any set aside. Please indicate minimum and maximum number of rooms able to provide and minimum notice of room requirement. Contractors shall comply with System for Award Management (SAM) registration and have the ability to invoice through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). *Statement of Work attached.
