- This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only Solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written Solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C24819Q0149 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The attached solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-101 dated 10/26/2018. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 237310 and the small business size standard is $36.5 million. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). All offerors who provide goods or services must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) located on the web at https://www.sam.gov and registered/verified in the VIP database at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/. Evaluation: The government anticipates awarding a Firm-fixed price contract. A comparative evaluation will be performed in accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b)(3). The government is not required to select a response that exceeds the minimum; responses may exceed requirements; each response must at minimum meet the solicitation requirement statement and the government is not requesting or accepting alternate quotes. Description of Supplies requested: The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 08, North Florida/South Georgia, Veterans Health System, Gainesville, FL requires Parking Lot Restriping located at Gainesville VAMC. Qualifications/Certifications: The contractor shall be qualified and have the required levels of professional and technical experience to perform the work required by this statement of work.
